DID RONALD CUMMINGS TELL POLICE EVERYTHING HE KNEW??
It seems that keeping Misty Cummings’ brother, Tommy Croslin, behind bars on a gun charge may have him talking, but is it the truth? Tommy now claims that Ronald Cummings called him from work the night little Haleigh disappeared and asked Tommy go by and check on Misty (remember she had just returned from a four day bender). Tommy now claims that when he arrived at the trailer, it was dark and no one was home. If Tommy is too believed, why did Ronald not report this to police?? Remember police and Ronald confirmed to me that Misty had not slept in the bed that night. When police arrived at the trailer the night Haleigh disappeared, the bed was made and it had NOT been slept in.
It would be easy for police to verify this story from cell phone records, of course I am checking into this and will keep you updated. This is a difficult case because, at one point or another, everyone involved has not told the truth. But let’s remember this, to date Ronald’s story has been accurate according to police. And if he did have this information why would he not tell police and why would he marry Misty?? Also this causes big problems for Tommy because he now puts himself at the scene of the crime twice that day. Stay tuned

No, Ronald didn’t tell the truth, the whole truth, nor anything resembling the truth. Nor did Teresa and Dorothy Anne. They are all equally guilty of mistruths, distruths, and untruths.
Do they not conceive of the idea of an ultimate judgment? Whether judged by God, or by their own hearts, they will spend every minute of every day of the rest of their lives dwelling on these actions that were all their own choice.

Ronald Cummings seems to be a very suspicious character! Ronald has shown signs of being abusive/controling.
Who last saw Haleigh alive other then Misty and Ronald and was it prior to Ronald leaving for work?
Wasn’t it reported that Ronald and Misty were fighting prior to Ronald going to work that night?
Why would Ronald call Misty’s brother and ask him to check on Misty that night? What was his concern and couldn’t it be possible that this was part of his alibi. Did something happen to Haleigh prior to Ronald going to work? Isn’t there a possiblity that Misty was not home when her brother was there because she was busy covering up for what may have happened to Haleigh earlier than her reported disappearence? Beds do not appear to be slept in and Ron doesn’t find that unusual? Ron’s comment “it is not her fault that she was the last person to see Haleigh” is just eerie! Why would Ronald and his family so adamently cover up for Misty? Why did Ronald marry Misty? Why did Ronald beg Misty to come back prior to her disappearing? Is he affraid to let her go for fear of her actually telling what she knows? Couldn’t it be that Ronald and Misty both know what happened to Haleigh that night? Ronald seems to have the perfect alibi but maybe Misty could blow him right out of the water if she decides to talk. Couldn’t it possibly be that Misty is covering for Ronald? It is hard to believe that Misty holds all the answers to the mystery. I would guess that there are several players. Misty is very young and it is very hard to believe that she is alone in all of this. Couldn’t it be that by Ron calling Misty a “b___h” during the 911 call be a ploy on Ron’s part to look innocent? Is Ron throwing Misty under the bus?

I believe Ron is quilty of something, I am just not sure of what yet. Why didn’t Ronald mention to police that he had called Tommy? He didn’t want the police talking to Tommy. It is reported that Ron put a headless rat in Tommy’s mailbox I guess so he would keep his mouth shut, Tommy did call the police about this. A neighbor saw Ron’s truck in the area. There is something very fishy going on in Satsuma and maybe Misty is really innocent after all.

RONALD WAS AT WORK AND HALEIGH WAS SEEN OUTSIDE PLAYING DURING THE TIME HE WAS A WORK. HE ASK TOMMY TO CK ON THEM BECAUSE TOMMY ONLY LIVED ABOUT 6 HOUSES AWAY AND AFTER RONALD N MISTY HAD THE FIGHT OVER THE PHONE (AND SHE KILLED HALIEGH)MISTY STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE.
