    Carol’s on the right track. But I wouldn’t be surprised in this upside down world if, for some reason, she is acquitted. The Prosecutors know what they’re doing and have a strong case,and the judge is prudent, but the defense is slick.

    The Anthonys and the defense won’t lose any sleep if she’s let out on the street.

  4. I could do it, although I think it’s a waste of taxpayers money, and is wasted on Casey Anthony.

    It’s an easy way out for her. I think she should grow old, fat, gray and rot in prison watching her back and living day to day in mortal fear of being beaten to a pulp, or murdered by her own peers for about 65 years.

  5. I agree with Sophie…..I would like to see her grow old in prison as well. I pray that justice for Caylee will be done in this case. I also believe that if anyone has helped Casey with this murder or with the coverup that they pay as well.

  6. I hope they make an example out of Casey Anthony for other unfit mothers who murder their children. Send them a message by giving her death. She had other options, but chose to murder her baby. She needs to pay.

  7. The huge advantage for the State is that people (like me)who don’t believe in the DP won’t get on the jury. Her defense team imo seem now to be leaning more to mitigation than claiming someone else killed Caylee. They are imo finally if belatedly looking at some mental illness defense,hence the request to seal visitation records and expert witnesses.

    Not that my opinion means jcak sh*it but after reading 99% of what the Florida sunshine rules have made public, I have no doubt she murdered her child. Innocent people have no reason to change their stories and lie and lie and lie. Innocent people give their attorneys something to work with, not phantom characters and not one but TWO easily shot down bullsh*t stories so far.

    Then ofcourse there is the physical evidence in the trunk of that car which imo will be irrefutable. This girl drove around with a decomposing body in her trunk, not an empty pizza box or a dead squirrel, a human being. With all the information that comes out about this case that fact seems to get lost on some folks. It wont on the jury.

    Ultimately, I think she will escape death but imo she should spend the rest of her life in prison . She CHOSE to murder her innocent defenselss baby girl. Society has to send a message that it values ALL human life and that it demands justice for these most vulnerble and INNOCENT children.
