Chase Merritt To Represent Himself In McStay Family Murder case

Against the advise of a judge on Friday, Chase Merritt has decided to represent himself against the murder charges in the McStay Family. He claims he has severe health issues -congestive heart disease- and hopes this will help expedite his trial. The judge allowed it, pending a note for the jailhouse doctor saying Merritt is fit enough to represent himself.                Abraham Lincoln Had It Right – “He who represents himself has a fool for a client”
